ID Scotia has built its reputation partnering with the UK's largest retailers, delivering tailored HVAC services to retail sites throughout the UK. We understand what is important to a retailer, be it reducing annual spend through new and innovative technologies or providing a tailored reactive service and complying with all KPI and SLA agreements.

We have provided retailers with over 60% energy saving on their exisitng HVAC consumption through our 'Free Cooling' technology, utilising the ambient temperature difference and increasiung the amount of fresh air being brought into the store. 

It provides a means of maintaining or reducing the internal store temperature without the need to run the compressor part of the cooling system.
