Providing installation, service and maintenance for HVAC, gas, boiler and chiller works, our clients include prestigious institutions such as Edinburgh and Heriot Watt University, as well as within the public educational sector with North Lanarkshire Schools.  

Universities and educational facilities have numerous challenges as the buildings involve both historic listed buildings and modern architecturally advanced structures. ID Scotia works in partnership with the Universities estates and facilities teams to provide the perfect environment for students to develop and grow.
