Assessing your energy usage

In order for a client to begin to save energy, cut their carbon footprint and ultimately reduce their overheads, they need to understand exactly what HVAC and electrical systems they have in place, and how much energy those systems consume.

ID Scotia has dedicated, BESCA accredited energy assessors, giving our clients an ‘Energy Asset Register’ that forms the basis of how to plan accordingly for:

• - Reducing their energy consumption
• - Meeting legislation requirements such as the Carbon Reduction Commitment;
• - Understand the HVAC and lighting equipment within their estate;

By assessing a buildings envelope and understanding a customers environment prior to designing a system, ID Scotia can design a mechanical system to be the most energy efficient for that application or tailor a service maintenance contract to ensure it runs more efficiently.
